Catherine Doyle


Catherine has over 25 years in litigation and prosecution practice encompassing
trademarks, copyright, trade secrets, patents, advertising, unfair competition, rights of privacy,
wills, trusts and a variety of commercial transactions.

Over the years, her role has included being an attorney with boutique law firms which
has allowed here to work in a variety of roles for clients which has included acting as

general counsel for small businesses to representing Fortune 500 clients. She has also been
engaged as a trustee for both contractual and litigation issues on behalf of families looking to
enforce their rights.

Catherine proudly served as the President of the San Francisco Intellectual Property Law
Association and was a Research Assistant to J. Thomas McCarthy, the leading authority in
trademark law, on developing and creating new chapters for his treatise, Trademarks and
Unfair Competition.
